Frequently asked questions
Your questions about Moso, answered.
B2B marketing operators who think in systems. In-house teams running the full marketing operation, founder-marketers building go-to-market from scratch, and agencies managing overlapping stacks across clients. If you've outgrown chat-based AI tools and need something that actually lives inside your workflow, you're the fit.
Generic AI tools are chat windows without memory. You prompt, they guess, you rewrite, and the next session starts from zero. Moso is a purpose-built marketing workspace with a structured knowledge base at its core. It holds your positioning, competitors, audiences, and validated strategies, and every agent reads from it and writes back to it. Context is the product, not the prompt. Your tenth month is measurably sharper than your first, because the system has been measuring what actually worked.
Claude Code is genuinely powerful, and some of the sharpest marketers we know are building in it. But it's a developer tool. You work in a terminal, author skills as markdown files, build custom MCP servers for each data source, and stitch together your own workflows. The marketers succeeding with it are essentially becoming technical, and even then every project starts from a blank folder.
Moso is the other shape of that idea. Built for marketers from day one, with a visual workspace instead of a CLI, native integrations instead of custom MCP builds, a shared knowledge base instead of scattered skill files, and a system that carries learnings forward across every campaign. Claude Code gives you infrastructure to build on. Moso is the finished product, tuned for how marketing actually works.
Most marketing platforms are bolting AI onto foundations built for a pre-AI world. You get a chatbot in the sidebar, a generator in the editor, an assistant in the dashboard. None of them share context. None of them learn from each other. You end up with twelve disconnected tools, each with its own disconnected AI. Moso is built the other way round. The AI is the foundation, not a feature, and the whole system works from one shared knowledge base that gets sharper with every campaign.
Your ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), analytics (GA4, Search Console, PostHog), CRM (HubSpot, Attio), CMS (Webflow), and knowledge tools (Notion, Drive). One-click connect, no scripts, no uploads. New connectors are added based on design-partner demand.
No. Moso sits across your existing platforms rather than replacing them. We connect to where your data and assets already live, and agents act through those tools. Most teams find Moso replaces the manual work between tools, not the tools themselves.
Each client gets its own isolated workspace with its own knowledge base, connectors, and permissions, so brand voice, positioning, and performance data never bleed across accounts. Agency-wide skills, agents, and playbooks can be authored once and shared into any client workspace, so the things that make your agency yours travel with you while client context stays separate.
No. Moso is leverage for marketers, not a substitute for one. Teams using Moso ship more, test more, and spend less time on mechanical work between tools. The judgment, strategy, and taste still come from you. If you're a founder weighing whether to hire a marketer or buy software, the honest answer is you probably need both, but Moso buys you time before the hire.
You decide. Every agent and connector has its own permission scope. You can run an agent in draft mode where it proposes work for review, propose mode where it stages campaigns and waits for approval, or execute mode where it ships directly to your stack. Defaults are conservative, and anything that spends money or publishes externally requires explicit approval until you say otherwise.
Every action is logged in an audit trail with the reasoning behind it, and most agent actions inside your connected platforms can be reverted from inside Moso without diving into each tool.
Most agent actions can be previewed before they execute, paused mid-job, or rolled back from the audit trail without leaving Moso. Anything irreversible, like spend, external publishing, or customer-facing sends, sits behind explicit approval by default. When something does slip through, the audit trail shows exactly what the agent saw, what it decided, and why, so you can fix the input rather than guess at the output.
Yes. Moso ships with a library of marketing skills and agents, and you can author custom skills, extend agents with your own tools, and define multi-step jobs. An API for programmatic access is on the roadmap for general availability.
Your data stays yours and is never used to train shared models. Workspaces are isolated, with SSO and role-based permissions, and every agent action is logged in an audit trail. Data is hosted in the EU. Formal compliance certifications will come as we scale, and we're transparent with design partners about exactly where we are on that journey.
Your data is yours. You can export your workspace, assets, and knowledge base at any time, and we'll help you get it out cleanly if you ever decide to move on.
A small cohort of B2B teams working directly with us during early access. You get founder-led onboarding, direct access to shape the roadmap, and preferential pricing that carries forward. In return, we ask for regular feedback sessions, willingness to be a reference, and a genuine commitment to using the product on real campaigns. It's a working partnership, not a free tier.
Pricing is built around access tiers rather than per-seat fees, and each tier includes generous model API usage so you're not metering every prompt. Design partners get preferential pricing locked in through general availability, and we share specifics with everyone in the early-access programme before any commitment. No surprises.
Most design partners are connected and shipping work within the first week. Onboarding includes a working session with a founder so the system is grounded in your brand, ICP, and existing performance data from day one.
